Some images from a recent walk in the New Forest with my good friend Ryhope Ranger. Deer Skull, Fallen Leviathan and Mossy Log respectively.
A few shots in and around Kings College chapel in Cambridge. The Geigeresque vaulted roof really took my breath away, as did the detailing on the iron and stone work around the chapel.
On a muted, dull day down at Keyhaven there wasn’t much that caught my eye in terms of potential photographs, but this gold (okay, brown) marbled scum on the salt marsh ditch was worth a snap or two I think.

There’s a lot of this sort of thing going on in the New Forest; the fungi seem to be enjoying the drawn-out Autumn, although sadly my favourite edibles were a bit thin on the ground this year.
Some interesting fungi discovered while wandering around with Ripley near Spy Holmes in the New Forest.
All in all, not a bad shot considering that it was taken on a phone which was being blown all over the place by the gusting wind!
